As a practitioner, I work with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field, facilitating deep transformation by tapping into the body’s innate intelligence. With light yet powerful touch—or sometimes no physical touch at all—your body is gently guided to shift, unwind, and let go of tension, resistance, and stored emotions that no longer serve you.
This work is deeply intuitive, allowing organic movements and sounds to emerge naturally as your energy moves and rebalances. These responses are not forced but rather an expression of your own wisdom—an unfolding of your healing journey in a way that is unique to you.
By releasing what has been stored up in our bodies through trauma, stress and everyday life, we make room for the new: more clarity, freedom, and connection to self. This is where true transformation begins.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT DURING A SESSION
There will be a brief consultation—an opportunity for you to share your needs, connect with your intentions, and set the tone for your session.
Once on the table, the session will begin with a short physical assessment of the feet along with gentle palpation along the spine. Depending on your height - a pillow may be placed under your feet to assist with assessment.
Music will be playing in the background. I encourage you to focus on your breath and bodily sensations, allowing yourself to enter a meditative state. If your mind begins to wander, gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Using light touch both on the body and within the energetic field, I will facilitate the natural and primal flow of energy. Sound, breath, and movement may emerge as part of the body’s unwinding process, helping to release stored stress and tension patterns.
As the body learns to trust the process the body using its innate intelligence seek to unwind and release tension from the body. This can manifest in voluntary or involuntary movements. The most important thing to do is to trust and listen to your body, allow it to do what it does best with gratitude and wonder.
Physical movement is not a measure of the session’s effectiveness. The first few sessions often focus on re-establishing the mind-body connection, and profound shifts can occur even without visible movement.
Each session is unique, guided by the intelligence of your body, which will only release what you are ready to process.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AFTER A SESSION
Each of us has lived a unique journey, shaping the way we handle stress and emotions. Just as our experiences differ, so too does the way our bodies store, release, and process tension, energy, and stress—entirely unique to each individual .
The tension your body releases is a result of how it has adapted to a combination of physical, chemical, and emotional stress. Because of this, your response to each session may vary.
You may experience:
Feelings of light-headedness or disorientation.
Increased awareness of your body.
Changes in breathing patterns during and after the session.
Sensations of ease or discomfort.
A surge of energy or deep fatigue.
Detoxification symptoms such as nausea, changes in digestion, or headaches.
Emotional releases, including crying, laughter, or anger.
Old injury pains may return temporarily.
These responses indicate that your system is becoming more self-aware, promoting greater ease and connection. Your body will continue to process and integrate the session’s effects over the next 12 to 72 hours.
With the infusion of Reiki into the session it is believed to assist the body with experiencing a smoother integration process.

DOES EVERYBODY MOVE DURING A SESSION?
Each individual responds to the treatment in their own unique way. Some experience slight movement, while others have more noticeable shifts during their first session. For some, the process unfolds over months or even years, while others may not exhibit visible movement at all.
It is important to understand that the degree of physical movement does not necessarily reflect the depth of the experience, or the benefits gained from a session.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended.
This allows your body time to adjust to the treatment and maximizes its effectiveness, ensuring you receive the greatest benefit for your overall well-being.
CAN EVERYBODY GET A SPINAL ENERGETICS HEALING?
Unfortunately, no.
There are some circumstances where Spinal Energetics has contraindications. However, throughout the growing Spinal Energetic Practitioner community, there is a wide variety of facilitators with varying expertise. If you fall under any of the below, please contact me, and I will be able to refer you to a practitioner who will be best equipped to work with you.
I cannot treat the following:
Pregnant Woman in the First or Third Trimester.
Children under the age of 12.
People over the age of 75.
People who have been diagnosed with Bipolar, Schizophrenia or Psychosis.
If you have been hospitalised for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 2 years.
Have experienced recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries.
Those who have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
People with heart disease.
